Furry Family Pet Care offers a very loving and personalized service for your pets, as well peace of mind for you.

We customize our services based on your needs and the needs of your pets. Many pets prefer staying home. They are comfortable at home and experience less stress when they can maintain their expected routine.

How do we begin? It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3..

1. Give us a call, a text, or send an email to schedule a time to meet with you and your pet(s).

2. We fill out some very simple paperwork.

3. We spend time with your pet allowing for the opportunity to feel our touch and hear our

voice.

We believe it is very important that your pet experiences their ‘people’ communicating with us and accepting us. Just as important, is the pet feeling our touch and experiencing the love and attention we are directing toward them during the initial meet and greet.

The paperwork includes general info about you and your pet(s). For example, how many visits your pet(s) need each day.

1 visit - typical for cats, some clients prefer 2 visits per day for am and pm meals

2 visits - some dogs can go with 2 visits although 3 is most common

3 visits - most common number of visits for dogs

4 visits - common for puppies and older dogs needing more frequent potty times or meds

Every Other Day - Some cats or smaller pets (fish, bird, hamster, guinea pig, etc.)

We will review additional info about your pet – personality, medical history, and what frightens them.

Additional services with each visit include...

- retrieval of newspaper, mail and packages, watering plants, use of tv and/or radio for comfort, rotate lighting in your home.

- optional care for any additional small pets - fish, lizards, hamsters, birds, bunnies or hedgehogs (yes, we’ve taken care of a hedgehog). And we even have a client with 6 live seahorses. They are amazing.

We keep you informed during the first reservation, so everyone is comfortable with the new relationship . After that initial reservation, we do not contact you unless we have a question or concern. Enjoy your vacation!! No news is good news with us. However, if you prefer that we contact you, or you want to contact us, go right ahead. We are always here for you.
